Guided Days
Private Sessions
1:1 guidance covering every aspect of wildlife photography: camera technique, field skills, post-processing, or simply spending a day with someone who can help you see what you've been missing. We can work here in Fife, exploring the coastal paths, woodlands, and estuaries we know best. Or we can come to you — whether that's your local patch, a reserve you've been trying to crack, or a location you've always wanted to photograph properly. These sessions are completely flexible. Bring your questions, your frustrations, your half-finished projects. We'll work through them together
Our full-day immersive workshops offer something rare: genuine wildlife photography experiences led by someone who knows the land, the light, and the animals intimately. Based in North Fife — a region teeming with otters, red squirrels, deer, raptors, and seasonal migrants — each day is designed around authentic fieldcraft, not scripted encounters. You'll learn to read animal behaviour, anticipate movement, and position yourself with patience and respect for the wildlife we're here to photograph.
What You'll Learn
Fieldcraft & Approach
How to move quietly, read the landscape, and understand why certain locations work at certain times. This isn't about luck — it's about knowledge.
Animal Behaviour

Light & Composition
Working with Scotland's famously changeable light to create images with mood, depth, and intention.
Ethics in the Field
Wildlife photography should never disturb wildlife & always leave no trace.
